Bill Ranous

Bill Ranous is the Director of HR Services at MACNY.  With over 10 years of experience working in Human Resources, Bill has held positions in both manufacturing and corporate office environments.  He earned his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from LeMoyne College.  Bill has expertise in compensation, employee development and engagement, performance management, labor laws, EEO/AAP, recruitment and employee relations.  Highly regarded by the Upstate New York business community, Bill has proven to be a highly competent project manager who is able to accomplish complex assignments within a short period of time.  His experience includes consulting and training for businesses in Upstate New York including ConMed, Otis Technology, Chobani, Marquardt Switches, BorgWarner Morse TEC, SRCTec, Briggs & Stratton Yard Power Products, Cryomech and Revere Copper Products to name a few.
