Hannah K. Redmond
Hannah is a management side labor and employment attorney representing employers in all phases of the employment cycle – from hiring through separation, and beyond. Hannah works with public and private sector employers across a broad range of industries. Hannah regularly defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment in state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various state agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Working closely with management, Hannah counsels on a wide variety of matters, such as discrimination, retaliation and harassment; workplace investigations; compliance with wage and hour laws; navigating various leave issues; disability and religious accommodations; and employee handbook and policy review. Hannah also focuses her practice on traditional labor matters, counseling and representing employers with unionized workforces. Hannah represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations. She also assists clients with labor contract negotiations.
