Ready to earn your SHRM Certification? 

Classes begin February 21, 2023!

5:30 - 8:30 on the Le Moyne College Campus
Fees: $1350, including materials

  • The SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is for individuals whose work includes duties such as developing HR policies or procedures, overseeing the execution of integrated HR operations, directing an entire HR enterprise or leading the alignment of HR strategies to organizational goals.

  • The SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential is for individuals who perform general HR and HR-related duties at work; or for those pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. SHRM certification is the only HR certification offered by the world's largest HR membership organization.


Your Faculty:
 
Pam Gavenda, SPHR
Pam is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of HR leadership and management experience, working both in private and public sectors including engineering and science companies, consulting firms, and educational institutions.  Her current focus is on learning and development within the Office of Human Resources at Syracuse University. 
Ashley Washington, SPHR
Ashley is HR Manager at Equitable, and a  SHRM-CP and PHR HR Professional with over fifteen years of progressive HR experience in the Energy, Finance, Technology and Electrical Products Manufacturing industries.  She is currently a manager in the Human Resources Center of Excellence at Equitable. Prior to this role, Ashley was a HR Manager at  Crouse-Hinds manufacturing facility providing strategic advice to operations managers.
