Recruiting Trends:
The program objective will be to explore Recruiting Trends from a brief historical perspective of what has been happening through the current state of recruitment methodology and best practices, into a forecast of what the future has in store for Corporate Recruiting. Once we understand the landscape, we will discuss a strategic approach that may be customized to any recruiting process. Topics will cover: sourcing, including the use of social media, applicant tracking software, creating talent networks, branding, metric development and measurement, the impending talent shortage, and retention as a recruitment strategy.
