Robin Eccleston

Robin Eccleston, CPC  is General Manager of Stafkings Personnel and Healthcare Systems, the largest privately owned provider of recruitment, employment and licensed home care services in Central New York.  He joined Stafkings in 1996 as the Human Resources Administrator for the Corporate Office located in Binghamton, NY, and has served as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Operations Manager prior to his current role as the General Manager overseeing branch office operations in Elmira, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn and Oswego, NY.  

Throughout his career, Robin has maintained a passion for the development of the local workforce across all of Central New York.  To this end, he serves on the executive committees of the Broome Tioga Job Service Employer Committee, Broome Tioga Workforce Investment Board, Southern Tier Association for Human Resources, New York State Society for Human Resource Management, and presently serves as Board Chair of Broome Tioga BOCES School To Careers Partnership providing a variety of career counseling services to students in 14 central New York State school districts.  

In 2005, Robin was an inaugural recipient of the “40 Under 40 Award” recognizing future business leaders of the Southern Tier.  In 1994, Robin was certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute in Alexandria, VA.  And in 2012, Robin became a Certified Personnel Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services and is listed on the National Registry of Certified Staffing Industry Professionals, NRCSIP.     

Mr. Eccleston holds Associates and Bachelors Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Broome Community College and the University at Albany.
